Relax and Have a Good Time

After the ceremony, you can both enjoy a drink and relax! Before the wedding meal begins, this is normally the time where your guests can come and greet you and say their congratulations. canapés and drinks to be served shortly after and any entertainment you may have supplied during canapés will arrive. This is when we try and blend into the party and capture candid photos of you both with your guests, having a good time. We try to not draw too much attention to ourselves so people can be captured with raw expressions and caught in the moment. Candid style of shooting is always interesting and fun for us, as this is where you capture all sort of reactions and emotions of guests, especially from younger children who don't like to smile on request.

Formal group photographs are soon taken after , depending on how much time given between when the ceremony finishes to the wedding meal. This is when you can make a list of between 10-12 shots of who you would like to have photos with. It is always lovely to have these taken as life goes by so quickly, so having a photo with Grandma is definitely a cherished memory. We always recommend someone who is reliable out of your bridal party to help us with the shot list so it can run as smoothly as possible and not take too much time away from your guests.
